SLETPETRO provide the solution of 105-180 large diameter fracturing manifold for a shale oil customer, which can meet the design requirements of 18m ³/ min maximum flowrate and access with 24 fracturing truck. This manifold is three stage manufacturing. It only needs to connect the three skid mounted units on site. The end is equipped with a fracturing tee, which can be directly connected to the wellhead with union pup joints. The manifold base adopts shockproof design, and the main pipeline adopts flanged connection, which is safe and reliable. It is equipped with plug valves and check valves, which can realize on-off operation at any time during fracturing.
